The Lake Arrowhead California Village was practically reborn from the ashes
of a controlled fire which burned down most of the buildings in the area
except for a historic dance pavilion, post office and a few other structures.
In its place is now a picturesque new village built reminiscent of the architecture
used in the old village. The dance pavilion and post office were restored
to its former glory.

Arrowhead Village offers residents and tourists a variety of attractions
to choose from. There are a variety of games like a miniature golf course,
bumper cars, and activity centers for kids. An antique carousel appeals
to all ages and there is also a ski school, the oldest in the United States.
For a little lake viewing, you can take a ride on a paddle-wheeler boat.
