CRESTLINE SCHOOLS
Crestline School District
If you look at a Crestline map, you will notice that town of Crestline
is situated in the San Bernardino Mountains, not too far away from Lake
Arrowhead. This town, under 15,000 people, is an exceptional place to
raise a family. Its community oriented atmosphere and safe environment
makes the Crestline Schools a top notch place to be educated.
There are only three public schools within the Crestline school district.
Two Crestline elementary schools handle grades kindergarten through eighth
grade. Valley of Enchantment Elementary School handles kindergarten through
the third grade. Lake Gregory Elementary School is really a middle school
and handles grades four through eight. The High School for the Crestline area is Rim of the World High School.
All of the Crestline schools are part of a larger district called Rim of the World Unified School District. Not only are the Crestline elementary school and Crestline high school part of this district but also schools from Twin Peaks and Lake Arrowhead, California. This district covers about over one hundred square miles of forested land with the National Forest of San Bernardino. Of the eight schools part of the Rim of the World Unified School District, six of them have been recognized by the state of California for academic excellence.
Also part of the Crestline School District area is the Alpine Adult Education Center. This place is for those adults who are continuing their education or earning a GED.
Crestline Entertainment

Since Lake Gregory is nearby, you might go fishing and catch yourself some supper. Hiking, mountain biking and bird watching are also some choices. Water sports would appeal to the kids, when they weren't in school of course!
The local ski resorts also offer a variety of activities that would appeal
to everyone. Then there is the San Bernardino National Forest of trails
and lakes to explore. Kids might enjoy the Children's Museum in nearby Lake
